Growing up south of Scranton and attending Bowman High School from 1968-1972 I wonder what is going on currently in the great city of Bowman, North Dakota? Should I move back and spend the rest of my life in Bowman? Tell me the truth.
Thanks,
Dennis W. Palczewski
What the is going on in Bowman?
Hi Dennis, welcome to the forum.
I never thought there would ever be a question about Bowman and I%26#39;m sure you would never have thoughs about a reaction from the Netherlands!!! Of course I can%26#39;t give advice on returning to Bowman but we incidentally dropped by on our way from Medora to Rapid City
some years ago. We liked the little town and stayed 2 days at the North Wind Lodge. We had dinner in 2 of the 8(!) restaurants and we had our breakfasts in the down town area and mixed with the localpeople and had great chats. So we liked it here for a short time.
Give you some more ';info';. 8 restaurants as said. 7 saloons/bars, 20 service stations/automobile services, 12 shoppingplaces, 3 realtors, 11 hospital/health care/veterinary services, 10 lodging/campings, 1 livestock aucktion market, 3 lumber/building supply, golfgourse, airport, museums, olympic size swimming pool, 6 banks, 4 barber/beauty salons, 5 churches, 3 drycleaners 3 florists/nurseries, 2 grocery stores, tennis, rotary, kiddie park, theater, library and parks, and many more.
Hope this helps -lol-

What the is going on in Bowman?
Bowman High School is now Bowman County High School, as of this past year, I attended this year%26#39;s graduation ceremony a little less than a couple weeks ago %26amp; didn%26#39;t realized that until then, but found it interesting that I was witnessing the first graduating class of Bowman County...
%26amp; Bowman is celebrating its centennial this summer towards the end of June %26amp; into the beginning of July
you might already know these things though if you%26#39;ve been invited to any sort of all-school reunion in connection with the centennial, but these are of the few things I could think of mentioning after Tet14%26#39;s thorough overview, figured I%26#39;d throw my couple of cents in however, since us tripadvisor members who%26#39;ve been to Bowman, North Dakota probably make up a fairly small group :) on the other hand, I doubt there%26#39;s anybody here who can really tell you what do with the rest of your life, depends on what you want
Hi Dennis,
I went to Bowman High School.
I was wondering where your sister is at.

Better not put your e-mail address on the forum and better send a private message to OP. This post is more than one year old and I doubt Dennis will react.
Welcome to the forum anyway and I hope this won%26#39;t be your last message.
