is the replica fort and the lewis and clark centre worth the detour off the I94?

have been to the l%26amp;c centre in sioux city iowa.

is the nd one much different?

It is a bit of a hike off I-94 but if you like Lewis %26amp; Clark stuff, its good to see. Also here in Bismarck/Mandan (about 45 minutes from the fort which is near Washburn), we have a heritage center with some L%26amp;C stuff. The bust of Sakagawea is at Heritage...her great-great-great granddaughter (she lived in Wahpeton and Northwestern Minnesota) posed for that. The riverboat tour from Bismarck also tells a bit about L%26amp;C in the narrative.
