The front desk people were really nice and friendly - I have two dogs and they were very accomodating. This place is great for kids as it has a nice indoor mini-water park and a jacuzzi for adults....there is a restaurant AND a fitness room with weights and all...so there is no excuse not to workout! The stay was very relaxing. I would recommend this place.
