I was wondering if someone could help with the following itinerary and add any suggestions/comments. This is our first visit to the New England area and we will have a rental car. We (husband and wife) will be traveling to New England for the Fall colors in early October flying into Boston. From Boston we would head on up to Kennebunk, Me and spend one night. From there we would head on up to North Conway, NH via Wolfeboro/Lake Winnipesaukee and spend one night in North Conway. We%26#39;re not really into shopping so we%26#39;re not going for the outlets just scenery. The following day head out and take the Kancamagus Hwy, go on the Hobo Train, drive through Franconia Notch and stop at the Cabot Cheese Factory and then on to Stowe, Vt where we will spend one night. The next day, we would go to the Ben and Jerry%26#39;s Factory and then on to Woodstock, Vt for two nights. From Woodstock, we would drive down to Hyannis for two nights and one of those days go over to Martha%26#39;s Vineyard. From Hyannis back up to Boston for two nights and then home. Again, I am open to any suggestions/comments as I don%26#39;t have any motel accomodations booked as of yet. I would like to book though asap as this is a busy time of year for the area.
